Mandy has been singing and performing her entire life. She credits her musically gifted parents, Larry and Che-Che Mobley, for teaching her the importance of quality music and how to communicate through song. Mandy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from Anderson University (Anderson, IN) in 1994. She was a soloist in churches and concert hall across the United States, Finland, Sweden and Russia. She earned a Master’s Degree in Voice Performance from Marshall University in 2001, where she auditioned for and won all eligible vocal competitions and solos. Between earning degrees, Mandy continued voice lessons in Brooklyn N.Y., performed at The Airport Playhouse in Bohemia, Long Island, auditioned for the N.Y. Metropolitan Opera National Council, and was selected to perform at a Master Class at the University of Kentucky for the famous soprano, Anna Moffo. Mandy taught private lessons at Kentucky Christian University (2000-2004) and Marshall University (2005-2006). She also appeared as Gretel in MU’s production of “Hansel and Gretel”. In 2007, she joined the pastoral staff of Teays Valley Church of God in Scott Depot, WV, as the director of Worship Arts. She leads their 50 member adult choir, worship teams, band and congregation in music each week. Mandy joined Elite Performance Academy as the Vocal Instructor in 2010 and has thoroughly enjoyed her students!
